As word spread about our efficient and professional service, our customer base grew rapidly. In 2002, Patricia Marks joined our team from Alabama, adding her expertise to our office operations.

Over time, our customers requested that we expand our services to cover all their appliances, eliminating the need to contact multiple companies. Through positive word of mouth, our reputation continued to flourish. In 2006, we began training my son, Brandon, ensuring the continuation of our commitment to excellence.

Our goal is to maintain our growth while delivering quality service to the thousands of customers we’ve had the privilege to serve. We understand the frustration of waiting for service appointments, so we offer a convenient 2-hour time window, such as 8-10 a.m., to minimize your wait time. We believe in being there for you as soon as possible, avoiding the disappointment of missed appointments.

We have invested significantly in stocking the most commonly used parts on our trucks. However, with the vast array of models and designs from overseas and domestic manufacturers, it is impossible to carry everything. Nevertheless, we work with a network of a dozen suppliers and strive to complete repairs within a couple of days. Our priority is your satisfaction, as your positive experience encourages referrals to your friends and family.
