The Divide offers excellent food, service, and ambiance. Last Friday night, we had a family celebration meal there, and it was wonderful. The prime rib, which came with cheese-filled mashed potatoes and caramelized carrots, was excellent. The “grown up grilled cheese,” which my “adult” niece had, was fantastic, according to her. It had lots of avocado and crispy bacon, which was delicious. Next time, I’ll surely give it a shot. I sampled one of her large fries, and they were delicious—crispy on the surface and soft and creamy inside.
