Garden Valley Veggie pizza (small 13″ for 3 people) was fabulous. Ranch dressing was cherry on the top. Chocolate-Banana Cheesecake was amazing too. With every bite of pizza/cake, I sensed that the ingredients were of top notch quality.

Vegetarian options: There is a decent amount of vegetarian options, be it pizza, lasagna or pasta. I am sure if you ask nicely, you can get things customized too – the owners seem to be very accommodating and kind.

Really good pizza! Way better then the take and bakes down the hill. Love that the toppings are perfectly distributed. The crust is also delicious. Staff is very friendly.

A great place to grab quality food! Even when they are slammed busy, the food is awesome and service is good.
I’ve only had one time where an order was slightly off but Terri more than fixed it. She’s amazing! (There was no pepperoni but everything else was perfect).

Their desserts are to die for! The lunch sandwiches are probably the best you can get. The pizzas and lasagna are our favorites!

You cannot be disappointed in this quality!

This is (no joke) probably the best pizza I have had my entire life!
Not to mention the ladies in there were amazing…

Pizza place in Garden Valley that has a lot on the menu to choose from including cheesecake, calzone and more. Newly renovated and now they have it so they can cook them for you which is very convenient. Looking forward to trying more of the menu. Better than the other local pizza place.

Has asked last week if they did thin crust and was told it was there best crust. Ordered large combo on thin crust. Appeared thin when picked up by when baked it rose to what I would call a standard or cosmopolitan crust. Edge was 3/4″thick and center 1/8″. This is not a thin crust. Overall flavor was good but very disappointed in this chewy crust

OMG! My first visit. The Rubicon pizza will make you a believer. Definitly made with love & pride. Wonderful selection of no-bake cheesecake desserts. Will try the Almond Joy cheesecake next visit.

Love these guys! Great food! Run by a great family that makes you feel like one of their own. Definitely recommend stopping by grabbing a couple salads, a pizza or three (the desert one’s perfectly round out the meal ) 🤣

Their gluten free pizza was incredible! Great job with the crust. This is the best crust we’ve ever had! Super friendly folks.
